You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This bracelet is well made, smells really good, and feels very natural. The wood is light brown, smooth, and doesn’t feel scratchy at all. It comes with a small gift, which is plastic, and the bracelet is packaged in a cute cotton bag.The bracelet is elastic, so it’s not adjustable. Because of that, I do worry whether the elastic might loosen or break over time, especially if it’s pulled too hard. I really hope the seller can offer another version in the future that is adjustable but not elastic-based.For reference, my wrist measures about 2.5 inches across (6–6.5 inches circumference), while this bracelet measures about 2.8 inches in diameter. Because of that, it feels a bit loose on my wrist. For people with wrists larger than 2.5 inches across, it might fit better or be slightly snug. So the fit really depends on your wrist size.Because of the fit and the elastic string, I removed one star overall. Other than that, it’s a good-quality, smooth, natural wooden bracelet, and I’m happy with it.

very very good quality! The beads have a naturally high oil content, which is immediately noticeable upon touch: smooth and slightly tacky in the best possible way. The aroma is rich and authentic: soft, creamy, and long-lasting, even without friction. Each bead is evenly colored, finely polished, and well-matched. The surface glow comes from within the wood itself, not from surface treatments.Highly recommended!
